If your balloons are kept inside at room temperate, they can last up to FOUR WEEKS. If they’re outside in extreme heat or cold or rain, I can’t guarantee that they’ll stay good for more than 1-3 days. Try to keep the balloons out of direct sunlight as much as possible.

The balloons used in any garland or arch will be filled with air and will not float.

I need at least 10 days advance for all balloon orders. Small garlands for pickup could possibly be made with shorter notice. I can only accept a limited number of balloon orders per weekend so please reach out to book with as much time as you can. 

Yes, if my schedule allows, I can do a rush order. There will be an additional $50 fee for orders with less than a week's notice. 

I need to be notified of any cancellation or change to booking within 5 days prior to the event, pickup, or delivery. I will try my best to give a full refund or store credit based on if I ordered things specifically for the event. Orders cancelled after the 5 day grace period, unfortunately I cannot issue a refund.
